MG2120 series thermocouple

Thermocouple temperature measurement is based on the Seebeck effect, where two conductors with different compositions form a closed loop. When there is a temperature gradient at both ends of the conductor, current flows through the loop, and the thermoelectric potential at both ends of the conductor corresponds to the temperature difference between the two ends.
